new buildings.

COE-DAT was inaugurated by Chief of General Staff Gen.Hilmi ÖZKÖK
with the participation of distinguished guests. |

COE-DAT Note of Joinings (NOJ) (Operational NOJ, Functional NOJ)
were signed by Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and UK. So, Bulgaria,
Romania and UK officially joined to COE-DAT. |

USA joined COE-DAT by signing NOJs. |

Germany joined COE-DAT by signing NOJs. |

The Netherlands joined COE-DAT by signing NOJs. |

COE-DAT was accredited by NATO and gained “International Military
Organization” status. |
